When Instructables usermadhatter1138decided to build his daughters a new playhouse, he turned to Disney for inspiration.
He modeled his design off of Disneyland’s “Jungle Cruise” attraction, and built his daughters an unbelievably detailed playhouse, likely the envy of most other kids on their block.
To bring his remarkable projectto life, this devoted father spent four months piecing his daughters’ playhouse together.
Complete with cedar siding, skillfully designed porch pickets, a replicated upper balcony, and a slew of other decorative details, this playhouse truly evokes its namesake in every way.
Now, these lucky daughters have a beautiful wonderland right in their own backyard,where they’lllikelyspend endless summer days imagining incredible adventures.

When Instructables usermadhatter1138‘s daughters needed a new playhouse, their dad knew just where to turn for inspiration: Disney.
This inventive creatorbuilt his girls a playhouse modeled after Disneyland’s “Jungle Cruise” attraction, designing every detail with thoughtful care.
He first assembled the playhouse’s structure, complete with replica lookout balcony.
He painted the structure’s studs a bright yellow, as they’d remainvisible.
Once he added the playhouse’s bevelled siding and painted it a familiar green hue, he got to work adorning the structure with all sorts of fabulously decorative details.
This builder made sure his daughters had a proper steering wheel and spyglass, to spot any lingering pirates who could be lurking right outside their grounds.
Their dadeven designed a “Jungle Cruise” sign, further replicating his inspiration.
Through these saloon doors await all sorts of excitingly imaginative adventures.
He even hunga menu on the wall, in case future visitors foundthemselvescompletely famished.
After four months of diligent labor, this dad built his daughters the playhouse of their dreams.
With the last detail set in place, his daughters were free to explore and enjoy their new space and make it their own.
Now, every time they venture back into their backyard, daughters and Dad will each likelybe reminded of theamazing Disney attraction that set this whole project in motion.
