Disneyland’s Pumpkin Churros Are The Tastiest Way To Get Into The Halloween Spirit

The season wouldn’t be complete without Disneyland treating its visitors to a large helping of pumpkin. If you’ve already gotten your fix of the fall fruit with one too many PSLs, it’s time to switch up your order. Disneyland’s pumpkin churros are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth and get into the the Halloween spirit. In case you weren’t convinced that this is, in fact, the happiest place on earth, grab some of Disney’s fall treats to make a spooky statement.

For those who are in an all-pumpkin-everything mood (obviously appropriate once September hits), make your way to Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s California Adventure Park to get a sampling of the good stuff for $4.50, according to Delish. The deep-fried glitzy orange slices of dough are the Halloween treats that’ll make even the holiday naysayers come around.

But perhaps — as lovely as pumpkin is this time of year — there’s something else you’re craving. Fear not, foodies. Mickey’s got the menu under control. Halloween churros are also available and come in a deep purple hue for those in need of a pumpkin alternative (or for those who are truly adventurous and want both desserts). However, the flavor of the Halloween churros is not entirely clear — but it looks so inviting that you’ll just need to give it a whirl to find out.

Naturally, those who embrace the fall are ready for the pumpkin churro.

Get your pumpkin on, folks.

This is a cause for celebration, Disney visitors. It’s worth enduring a bit of scariness, wouldn’t you agree? Oh, tender lumplings everywhere, as they say: “Life’s no fun without a good scare.” What’s truly scary is the fact that the pumpkin churros are only available until the end of October, so if you’re going to make a trip, get to the park as quickly as possible. This is not a drill.

But for those who cannot get to Disney, it’s OK. There are plenty of other ways to do Mickey proud this Halloween. Have a taste of a something spooky with pumpkin Rice Krispies, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin spice waffles (hellooo brunch) or pumpkin spice jello.

If those options are too tame for those who just can’t help but unleash their inner wicked witch or frightening ghoul, there are also many unconventional ways to get the pumpkin treatment. These new and innovative ideas are anything but “basic,” so don’t stress. You are going to be the hit of the Halloween party for sure.

Maya Kruchancova/Fotolia

If you really want to pay homage to the almighty pumpkin, make sure you bring up the pumpkin ombré hair to your stylist during your next coloring appointment. Yes, pumpkin spice ombré hair has hit the scene just in time for your scary movie binge on Netflix.

If a new ‘do is too much of a commitment, you can take comfort knowing that you can at least smell like a pumpkin thanks to pumpkin spice deodorant. Or, if you’re a fan of the scent but prefer it not to grace your pits, just buy a pumpkin spice latte candle so your place can get a boo-tiful whiff.

While pumpkin might some serious teasing, the fall staple is actually pretty healthy. It’s not a bad idea to get a pumpkin fix year-round, and not just in September or October. It’s believed that pumpkin is helpful for your digestion, improves eyesight, and even puts your guy in the mood for a good time.

Well, well, well, isn’t that an interesting tidbit? For all those who cracked basic jokes at a pumpkin lover’s expense, it looks like the joke is on you.

This Is How An American Tragedy Changed One Of Your Kids’ Favorite Disney Movies

Whether you were a child in the early 2000s or a parent taking your kid to the movies, chances are you’re familiar with the mischievous behaviors of Experiment 626.

“Lilo and Stitch” was the feel-good Disney movie of 2002 and was a bonafide hit at the box office. But what you might not know about the film is that the ending might have looked a bit different had a major American tragedy not taken place.

The horrific events of September 11, 2001 forced Disney to reframe the entire ending of the movie. While the film already contained stories of loneliness and the loss of loved ones, the final scenes of the movie also included a plane crash in a city with large buildings that was the result of a hijacking scenario. Disney eventually opted out of the original cut due to the sensitivity of the nation at that time and reworked the animation.

But more than 15 years after its release, the original scene can be viewed in its entirety, and when compared to the theatrical release, the tonal difference is striking. It underscores the impact that horrific day had on every aspect of American life.

In the week of the tragedy’s 16th anniversary, it’s important that we remember all of the lives that were lost that day and in the weeks that followed. Squeeze your loved ones extra hard tonight.

Disney Ex-CEO Eisner Says Insiders Like Iger Are Good Successors

Michael Eisner, the former chief executive officer of Walt Disney Co., said the company may want to consider internal CEO candidates to replace current leader Bob Iger when he retires in July 2019.

“I hope Bob stays for a long time,” Eisner said in a Bloomberg Radio interview. “He’s not leaving for a while. Often it is better from within than without for succession, but that’s what they’re now working on.”

Disney has said its board is working on a succession plan. Eisner, who left Disney in 2005 after 21 years as chief and now runs investment firm Tornante Co., said it’s not necessary that the company’s next boss be an internal choice.

“I came from the outside to Disney,” Eisner said. “I came from Paramount. When we made the transition to Bob, it was always ‘Bob Iger or who?’ There was nobody even close.”

Perhaps Iger wants to run for president when he’s done at Disney, Eisner said. “So pick one or the other. Maybe Disney would be more fun.”

‘Baywatch’ star Yasmine Bleeth’s husband sues Disney

Heres how long you have to watch Disney’s Marvel and ‘Star Wars’ movies on Netflix

A month after revealing that it would be launching its own streaming service in 2019, Disney announced Thursday that Marvel and Star Wars films would be among those exclusively available on the service when it launches.

Disney CEO Bob Iger made the announcement at a conference in Los Angeles, bringing an end to speculation on whether the Marvel and Star Wars franchises would be included under the umbrella of content pulled off Netflix for Disney’s new streaming app.

“I have described a very rich treasure trove of content for this app,” Iger said, according to CNBC. “We’re going to launch big, and we’re going to launch hot.”

The change your Netflix selection won’t be immediate. The films currently on Netflix will remain there until late 2019, and Disney will continue to make new films available on Netflix until the end of 2018. The removal will also include Disney and Pixar films.

Iger also revealed that Disney’s streaming service will have a television library of shows, original Disney series, and exclusive Disney movies.

The eventual loss of the Marvel and Star Wars films to Netflix will be a pinch to fans, but it’s unclear if Disney’s collection of movies and TV shows will be enough to entice people to sign up for the service when it launches. Streaming is already becoming an oversaturated field, so it might take even more to convince some people that it’s worth signing up for yet another streaming service.

Hurricane Irma refugees call out Disney World resort for price gouging food and drinks

These Pictures Of Disney World After Hurricane Irma Damage Are Making Us Wince

There might be some real-life magic at Disney World, after all. As Florida reels from the catastrophic damage of Hurricane Irma, the Magic Kingdom and its friends managed to ride out the storm relatively unscathed. Photos of Disney World after Hurricane Irma show minimal damage – though seeing literally any destruction happen to The Most Magical Place on Earth, is enough to prompt emotions.

On Friday, Sept. 8, shortly before Irma was expected to crash down in the Florida Keys, officials at Disney World announced that they would be temporarily locking up the castle gates. By that point, Irma was expected to drop from a Category 5 to a Category 4 storm, but was still packing fierce, sustained winds of 130 mph. Disney World is located in Orlando, only 60 miles from the Florida coast.

After making landfall in the Florida Keys on the morning of Sept. 10, Irma blew into Disney World’s 25,000 acres of land on Sunday evening, hitting the park with 58 mph winds, according to The National Weather Service.

The 25,000 acre theme park, which has been open since 1971, had only ever shut down four times in its  history, according to USA Today. Past closures were due to Hurricane Floyd in 1999, Hurricane Frances in 2004, Hurricane Jeanne in 2004, and last year for Hurricane Matthew.

Now, if that wasn’t enough of a crazy record-breaking situation, Irma forced Disney World to stay closed from Saturday evening through Tuesday, Sept. 12 – marking the first time ever that the park was shut down for consecutive days.

The Twitterverse was having legit fears and feelings about all of this.

Thankfully, Disney World, which includes two water parks, four theme parks, and 36 hotels, remained relatively unscathed. The area was hit by heavy rain and strong wind, knocking over trees and causing leaks, but the buildings didn’t lose power.

Universal Studios told USA Today in a statement on Sept. 11, that they “saw relatively minor damage overnight involving fences, trees, signage and building facades.” Meanwhile, SeaWorld Orlando was also spared any significant losses. All animals were safe and park teams “are still assessing” the extent of Irma’s impact. The theme parks are scheduled to reopen Sept. 12, but the water parks will remain closed. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, however, has also been canceled for the time being – which sounds like it would have been so delightful, so I am very much hoping they reschedule that.

Pictures from the parks show light damage – and give an almost once-in-a-lifetime glimpse at what Disney World actually looks like with zero visitors.

That actually might be, partially, because of all the preparations Disney World employees made in order to ensure that structures stayed safe and sound.

In what are admittedly a series of very un-magical, practical pictures, you can see everything that went into keeping structures intact.

Picnic tables were turned upside down, sandbags were placed in front of shop doorways, and banners were pulled down from all the sites. It’s a pretty dismal, eerie peek into Disney Wold without the bells and whistles – but major props to the employees for all the work that was put in.

Hopefully, the damage is minor enough that it can be all fixed up soon.  Nearly 10 million people visited Universal Studios last year, according to CNN, and more than 20 million (!!) people visited the Magic Kingdom alone in 2016. The resort also has 73,000 employees. That’s a whole lot of people who will be more than eager to see the theme park spring back to its former glory.

On a silver linings note, Disney characters *in costume* hung out with bored kids staying at the hotels.

The characters played video games, drew, and wandered around interacting with guests. It made for quite possibly some of the most adorable pictures ever.

No, seriously, Lilo coloring with a little girl is the ray of sunshine everyone needs right now.

Can’t get enough of those? Here’s a few more. You’re welcome.

I’m now anxiously awaiting the return of Disney World in all its splendor, plus exact date for when we can all hit up Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Disney World photos show Hurricane Irma’s damage to parks

Walt Disney World reopened on Tuesday after damage from Hurricane Irma forced the Florida-based theme parks to shutter its doors for two days.

Disney’s Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom had first closed on Sunday, ahead of powerful Hurricane Irma.

LOOTERS’ PARADISE? LAWLESSNESS REPORTEDLY RAMPANT IN CARIBBEAN ISLANDS DEVASTATED BY HURRICANE IRMA

The parks avoided extensive damage from the storm, but visitors’ pictures showed a number of downed trees around the parks and other minor damage, People reported.

Disney said its water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, would reopen later this week.

The park has closed six times since it opened 45 years ago, but this was the second time in less than a year that they shuttered their doors due to a storm. The first time was when Hurricane Matthew hit the state in Oct. 2016.

Nearby Universal Studios theme parks also closed ahead of Hurricane Irma.

“Our destination saw relatively minor damage overnight involving fences, trees, signage and building facades,” a statement from Universal Orlando Studios said. “We are hard at work inside our parks and we can confirm an on-time opening for Tuesday, Sept 12 at 9 a.m. for Universal Studios, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay.”

Disney’s Candy Corn Soft Serve Is The Halloween Treat You Need On Your Radar

‘Tis the season of all-pumpkin everything. From coffee to chocolate — and even unusual items like deodorant — the flavor reigns supreme. It’s easy to overlook other seasonal favorites like apples and cinnamon because of the pumpkin craze, but one thing you’re not going to want to miss this year is candy corn. Disney’s candy corn soft serve is taking a classic and turning it on its head, so hold the PSL for a moment.

Though the snack is not terribly new, it’s managed to go unnoticed in comparison to other treats (so it goes during the pumpkin season). From Aug. 25 to Nov. 1, Mickey’s Not-So Scary Halloween Party will run on select nights, so obviously this treat is a must for such an occasion. Side note: Any organization that’s willing to celebrate Halloween in August is OK in my book. Bring on the spooks.

The orange-vanilla cone comes complete with a candy corn on top of the swirl. It definitely puts customers in a trick-or-treat mood. If you happen to be visiting Storybook Treats in Fantasyland, or Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland, snag a taste for yourself. What better way to ring in this creepy, kooky, mysterious, and spooky time of year?

Though this order is sure to be a go-to this season, Disney visitors must stay informed about the park’s conditions following Hurricane Irma. In a somewhat historic move, Disney World and its attractions closed its gates on Sept. 9, 10, and 11 due to inclement weather from Irma.

A statement from Disney outlined its emergency plans, saying,

Based on the latest forecasts for Hurricane Irma and keeping safety top of mind, Walt Disney World Resort will be closing early on Saturday, September 9 and will remain closed through Monday, September 11. Resort hotels will remain open. We hope to resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 12. We will provide regular updates to our guests on all operational changes. Please continue to check this page for updates.

Though Hurricane Irma approached Orlando — the theme park’s home — in a weakened state as a Category 1 storm, 70 mph winds struck the city’s airport from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. ET on Sept. 11, and that’s certainly not something to disregard. Irma might be “packing less of a punch” than some originally predicted for central Florida, according to the , but that doesn’t mean the conditions should be overlooked. Disney plans to get up and running as soon as possible, but its Sunshine State neighbors might be facing more difficulty. If you want to find out a way to help, look here.

Once things get on track and Florida starts to recover from the destruction, you can look forward to a spooky (or not-so-spooky) Disney visit. A candy corn cone will be a welcomed refreshment. But for those who cannot make it to the theme park — or those who are just too wary of straying away from pumpkin — there are certainly plenty of fall options to choose from. Morning cereal, bread, and even the granola for your yogurt is getting a taste of pumpkin, so why not kick fall into high gear and give everything a try?

While you’re snacking on something that screams “autumn,” start getting those creative juices. It’s never too early to start thinking about the Halloween costume you want to wear for the big day. Good news is Elite Daily provides simple yet effective costume suggestions for those who want to make a statement but are too preoccupied trying to figure out what type of candy they are going to receive instead — with this year’s variety, that sentiment is totally understandable.

Whether at Disney or not, don’t forget about the holiday’s classic sweet: candy corn.

Even Disney World Is Closing For Hurricane Irma, So You Know It’s Serious

As Florida prepares for the arrival of the massive Hurricane Irma this weekend, various theme parks and groups are figuring out how they are going to weather out the storm. Earlier this week, Disney World was planning to stay open through Irma, according to the . But, perhaps seeing the projected massive scope of the incoming hurricane, Disney World announced closures over the next week due to the storm in a change of heart.

Disney World said in a statement posted to its website,

Based on the latest forecasts for Hurricane Irma and keeping safety top of mind, Walt Disney World Resort will be closed Sunday, September 10 and Monday, September 11.

Although parts of the sprawling park will be closed, other parts will stay open. Disney World explained,

Resort hotels will remain open, though services and amenities will be adjusted. We hope to resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 12. We will provide regular updates to our guests on all operational changes.

They say that updates will be made on Disney World’s website to let guests now about the status of the parks. They are also keeping updates up to date on the @WDWToday Twitter account.

So to sum it up, the various parks of Disney World will be closed for at least Sunday and Monday as Hurricane Irma heads through Florida.

Some parks are actually closing even earlier than Sunday, when the storm is expected to hit Orlando. Disney’s Blizzard Beach will be closed “as of Friday” and ESPN Wide World of Sports will be closed on Saturday. Disney parks closing earlier than regularly schedule on Saturday include Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs.

Meanwhile, some Disney park events, including Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, are canceled this weekend. For guests who already got tickets, Disney is offering tickets to another Halloween party, tickets to the Mickey Christmas party, and other options.

Additionally, Disney World says that “pre-paid dining and premium experiences will be automatically canceled and refunded,” so that’s easy, at least.

Disney isn’t the only theme park in Florida to plan closures for Hurricane Irma this weekend.

Universal Studios Florida plans to close at 7 p.m. on Saturday and remain closed until Tuesday, when they plan to open with normal hours, according to CNN. Universal Studios, too, has to cancel an event, Rock the Universe, and has refund options. Universal says their hotels are “at full capacity and will remain operational and focused on taking care of our on-site guests.”

Legoland Florida theme park and water park are closed Saturday through Monday, with the Legoland Hotel remaining open. The Legoland Beach Retreat guests are being moved to the Legoland Hotel, according to CNN.

SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are closing by 5 p.m. on Saturday and staying closed till Tuesday. Aquatica Orlando and Adventure Island are planning closures Saturday through Monday and Discovery Cove is closed Sunday and Monday.

If you’re worried about the safety of the animals at SeaWorld, rest assured that they have a plan in action. They said in a statement,

We have comprehensive weather preparedness plans, and security and zoological staff will remain on property in secure locations as we monitor the storm. We’re also providing support and temporary housing for animals from other zoological facilities in coastal areas expected to have greater impact.

SeaWorld also made a Facebook Live on Friday afternoon detailing the plan for the park and its animals.

LIVE update from SeaWorld Orlando on Hurricane Irma.

Posted by SeaWorld on Friday, September 8, 2017

Hurricane Irma is heading through the Caribbean and up to Florida, expected to make landfall in the Sunshine State by Sunday morning. It is projected to head straight through the state and is expected to cause quite a bit of damage as one of the biggest storms seen by the state in recent decades. We hope everyone stays as safe as possible and is more concerned with everyone’s safety than with missing a ride on Space Mountain. Good luck, all!

A Disney-Themed Bar Crawl Exists So Fans Can Get Boozy In Their Princess Costumes

If you’re a fan of glass slippers and happily ever afters, then your childhood dreams are about to come to true. OK, I guess it’s technically more like your dream all grown up because now you are a fan of killer drink deals and getting buzzed with your besties while ranking the hottest princes. Either way, you’re definitely going to want to know the details of this magical bar crawl. Where is the Disney-themed bar crawl? Well, book your horse and carriage now because the UK is making this a thing.

According to Metro UK, the Character Crawl will happen every Friday in September. Of course, you’re probably most excited to get your Cinderella, Belle, or Mulan (flats FTW) on, but the Crawl will give you an opportunity to dress up as whatever Disney character speaks to you — even villains, because of course there’s going to be one Jafar sympathizer (those eyebrows though!).

Hullabaloo Productions is the company providing these bar crawls that will have you mistaking the United Kingdom for the Magic Kingdom. The event will function like a regular bar crawl as well as having competitions and dancing, because allegedly once Ariel is on land, she is throwing down dance battle challenges left and right.

For just £6 (which comes out to about $7) you can grab a wristband that will let you into one enchanting watering hole after another. Glasgow will be home to the first crawl, but you can also get your princess on in Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, Newcastleand Manchester. If you’re worried that you won’t have time to get your Fairy Godmother over to prep the perfect outfit, don’t be, because the first event doesn’t happen until September 15, giving you plenty of time to train woodland creatures to expertly dress you for the night out.

So, make sure you grab your best pals and get ready to sparkle and slam shots (obvi in the most proper princess manner possible) this September.

Aly & AJ Prove Their Disney Days Are Over In Playboy!

Was anyone else jamming to Aly & AJ‘s new single Take Me all weekend??

As we reported, the Disney sisters released their first music as Aly & AJ (they tried their hand at being 78violet for a bit) in 10 years on Friday — and hot off the heels of the exciting re-brand, the singers posed for Playboy and opened up about their hiatus and how much they’ve grown over the years!

Related: Taylor Swift Returns To Social Media With A Very Cryptic Clip

When asked about how much they’ve changed since their days in the Hollywood Records-Disney ecosystem, AJ responded:

“How can you not after 10 years? Aly’s gotten married. We no longer live together. We’ve made film. We produced it, we starred in it, we raised the money for it … We just lost the love a little bit, you know, we had experienced so much as kids and I kind of feel like we learned a lot about the industry that put a little bit of a bad taste in our mouth, whether it was a couple of people we worked with or whether it was just trying to find the right inspiration or what have you. I just feel like we’re back on track with who we are as musicians and I think we had found that as actors and as performers before we had found it as musicians again. So, this is the time that felt right and here we are. I just think we’ve learned a ton in regards to relationships and just how we view the world and how we look at politics and religion and so many things that we wouldn’t have talked about 10 years ago.”

    Her 28-year-old sis added:

“I think that the largest change is just been, hopefully at this point, right, left, and wisdom really. And that now we have come to a place where we have more knowledge and in so many different things, not just in the music world, but in our own personal lives.”

When it comes to their strong Christian values and how that plays into their political beliefs, Aly explained:

“I think that our relationship to our religion hasn’t changed as in our beliefs. I think that, for us if anything, our minds have been opened by the people that have tried forward this generation in loving people for who they are. Within religion there’s a lot of prejudice and I think AJ and I, thankfully, never ended up growing up around something like that, but we definitely saw friends that did, just because of the church that we went to and we always wanted to make sure that we weren’t those types of people, that we could love people unconditionally and not judge them. I think that’s the hardest thing about religion, is that people use religion as a way to judge other people, but I think that that kind of defeats the whole purpose, unfortunately, of loving your neighbor as you would yourself. So, I don’t think our beliefs have necessarily changed, I just think that our love for people has grown and it’s funny. We definitely are liberals. There’s no question about that.”

    We sure did miss them!

Heartwarming: When This Make-A-Wish Kids Flight To Disney World Got Canceled, Glenn Danzig Invited Him Over To His Table At The Airport Chilis And Told Him What It Was Like To Get Laid

Here’s a story that’ll restore your faith in humanity.

When 8-year-old Devin Thompson was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer earlier this year, the Make-A-Wish Foundation generously arranged for him to go on an all-expenses-paid vacation to Disney World. However, Devin arrived at the airport the day of his trip only to discover that his flight to Disney World had been canceled, leaving him utterly devastated. But just when it seemed like all hope was lost, something amazing happened: Misfits lead singer Glenn Danzig invited Devin to sit with him at the airport Chili’s and described to him in detail what it’s like to have sex.

    Awesome!

Unaware of Devin’s illness or his canceled flight, Danzig hollered to the boy from across the crowded airport terminal and invited him to come help eat his Southwestern egg rolls, explaining that every time he tries to finish them on his own he ends up doubled over with the squirts in the Delta Sky Lounge. Once Devin joined him, the legendary punk rocker treated the child to a once-in-a-lifetime experience, expounding at length about what it feels like to get laid.

“Fucking is the best goddamn feeling in the world,” Danzig explained to the child, adding that he still had some crusties on his dick from fucking a “Polish broad with a C-section scar” earlier that day. “And Dustin, let me tell you, it’s not just the cumming part that feels good. People make a big deal about cumming, but let me make it clear to you right now: It all feels good. Even if you can’t get it hard and the girl’s just sort of squishing around on top of you, it’s still a pretty good time.”

“Stinks like hell, though,” he continued, pausing briefly to blow a snot rocket into his cloth napkin. “Feels great, but damn, the pussy stink will knock you flat on your ass.”

He then proceeded to order the boy a frozen margarita.

Whether Devin knew who Danzig was or not, it had to be a dream come true to have an adult in a Chili’s describe what it’s like to get laid, and certainly much cooler than anything he would’ve experienced at Disney World. It just goes to show that even though the world can sometimes seem like a cruel and unfair place, the goodness of people can make an extraordinary difference. Kudos to Danzig for stepping up to save a terminally ill kid’s day!

Disney Princesses Reimagined Years Later As Queens By Daughters And Mothers

If we could request who Oprah should do the next episode of Where Are They Now? on, it would definitely be the Disney princesses. What have they even been up to since riding off into the sunset and living happily ever after? LA-based photographer Tony Ross is helping us visualise it by depicting Disney’s most iconic maidens as majestic queens, and to make sure the portraits were extra-realistic, he had the princess models call in their moms to pose as the mythical matriarchs. The results were a royal success.

“…The main idea was to portray the relationship between a true mother and daughter as the same princesses a generation apart to show the similarities, the features that are alike,” Ross told A Plus. Indeed, the youthful glow of each princess juxtaposed with the dignified elegance of their mature counterparts creates a stunning contrast, but also a satisfying sense of continuity thanks to the physical traits shared by the models. The gorgeous costumes worn in the shoot were supplied by Nephi Garcia, a designer acclaimed for his collection of Disney-inspired children’s outfits.

The photo series powerfully reflects on the relationship between youth and ageing, as well as between mother and child. As the young woman is now, the older woman once was, and as the older woman is now, the young woman will become. Both generations are equally beautiful, and this fairytale photoshoot is proof. See each princess ‘then and now’ below, and vote for the most stunning transformations.

This Disney Star Gets Hit In The Head During Oscars, Still Kills It

Theres no telling how far Aulii Cravalho will go after getting through this.

While singing the Oscar-nominated How Far Ill Go during Sundays Academy Awards, the 16-year-old star from Disneys Moana experienced an unexpected onstage gaffe, appearing to get hit in the head by a flag-like stage prop.

Cravalho just finished singing the lyric, What is wrong with me? before seemingly getting brushed in the dome. The ocean kept helping Moana throughout the movie. Where were you on that one, dude?

Despite getting nailed in the noggin, the actress kept on singing. And she killed it.

Thats how you go from on-screen Disney hero to one in real life.

Like we said, no telling how far shell go.
