Moana Pozzi rose to popularity after starring in her first adult film Valentina, Girl in Heat while also working on a children’s show Tip Tap Club. Though she denied it was her on film, the beauty was suspended from TV, only creating a spike in her popularity.
After her first A-level porn film Fantastica Moana, the Italian media’s fascination grew and Pozzi quickly became a regular on TV shows.
She was also celebrated for publicly speaking her mind about gay and sexual rights, and even ran for mayor of Rome under a platform of legalizing brothels and creating “love parks.” She died in 1994 at the age of 33.
Moana crashes to theaters November 23… but now we may be more interested in watching a biopic about her erotic counterpart!
