It seems like many moms are still debating on whether or not they want to breast-feed their newborns.
And if they do, they need to take into consideration whether or not they feel comfortable doing so in public. Many moms still feel uncomfortable withthis practice, or even seeing other women do itin front of them.
But perhaps there’s not enough conversation about normalizing breastfeeding in public. However, many photos of moms nursing their infants have gone viral, helping to contribute to expanding this conversation. Just check out this mom, who didn’t mind jumping into her husband’s cart at Targetand breastfeeding her child while being pushed around.
Now, one single mom is contributing to that conversation with her photos, taken at Disneyland. When her 2-month-old got hungry, she didn’t hesitate to feed her and no one batted an eye.
Mari Villaluna was sitting in a restaurant at Disneyland when Princess Belleapproached her.
While posing with the princess, her infant daughter got hungry and wanted to nurse.
Mari didn’t hesitate to breast-feed, and continued posing for photos likeit wasno big deal.
Around her, no one batted an eye. And even when she walked outside, she wasn’t stared at or leered at in any way.
The mom posed with several princesses while nursing, which made for some amazing photos!
